5 /5 Doug Cain: I am an RV Vagabond, and finding good mechanics is difficult these days. These people at Groesbeck Tire and Auto were exceptional. Very professional and competent. A shining star in a sea of mediocrity. Ill go back. Call well ahead, they are busy.

1 /5 Ray Tarver: Tried to get a tire balanced. The receptionist, who was on the phone gossiping, told the phone caller "wait a minute while I get rid of this customer". Then told me the "Guy" went to lunch and to get parts. He probably wont be back today. The shop was completely empty of any employees and this was at 2:45 PM. I wont recommend this joke of an auto repair shop to anyone. Not even to someone I dislike. Even if you have to tow your car to another town/city. Its worth it to stay away from unscrupulous "mechanics". This is not my first issue with this shop. Nor is it the first time Ive advised others to Please... Take your car to an actual shop with actual mechanics. Even for tire repair.

5 /5 L R C: Came in only 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday and they still patched my tire for me. Very kind and humble people. One cheapest places around with good and fair prices. Quality work too. Thank yall.

3 /5 R: This shop installed a jasper engine for a family member. It was a clean professional installation. All the harnesses were routed correctly and neatly. For a while it ran alright but had a continuous misfire in the engine. The family member took the vehicle back four times. The tech started throwing parts at it and still could not fix the misfire. Then told him to just drive it. !Wow! That really was not good to say. I finally come out of town and fixed the misfire myself for free. The shop did reimburse me for the part but i was not offered anything for my labor of fixing what they could not. The vehicle runs great and no problems now. Service could be greatly improved.
