Maggie Martinez The only reason I brought my 98 Nissan maxima to this dealership was so the mechanic could pair a new key fob to the vehicles system. When I picked up the vehicle it was in much worse condition compared to when it was brought in. The front grill was missing (they tried to pin the blame on Zack their tow truck driver), there was old mountain dew bottles, rags were caught up in the engine, the metal bar that holds in my battery was missing and the "special alternator" that was recommended by Trey and I paid $1,600 for was not installed properly. I tried discussing the matter with one of the managers and they showed a complete lack of empathy and concern about this. My husband and I left the Nissan dealership with a jolting and misfiring vehicle that shut down on us at a gas station a few miles away.
We struggled to drive the vehicle to a Brinson Ford dealership in Corsicana due to it over heating and continuas shutting down. The mechanic, Trey, at Waxahachie Nissan told me my alternator needed to be replaced charging me $1,600 to find out later that it actually didnt need to be. I got my vehicle looked over by the mechanics at Brinson Ford and they even said so many parts, that I was not aware of, were replaced and poorly installed and so much damage was done under the hood. I sadly no longer own my 98 nissan anymore because it wouldnt even move 10 feet without constantly shutting down on me and it would be far too expensive to even repair the damage. I tried disputing this TWICE with this dealership but Nissan Waxahachie LIED in their response saying they "serviced me a proper working vehicle with pride" If I received a proper working vehicle from them, I would not be disputing this $2,743.90. Why would I even attempt to make payments on a bill for botched repairs on a vehicle that was damaged and I no longer have? Brinson Ford has proof along with another mechanic that yall trashed and neglected my vehicle that I entrusted to you to fix. Again I no longer own the 98 nissan maxima, I had to buy a used vehicle from Brinson Ford. My husband and I want our $2,743.90 back! We recieved nothing but piss poor service from this business. If it were possible Id be giving you zero stars on this review.
