5 /5 Sarah Patterson: Absolutely love this place!! The food and wine menu is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I had the Morty D (homemade whipped feta and pesto - yes please!) and a glass of Albarino. It was SO delicious. Our whole group was raving about their lunch and wine pairings. We travel through to San Antonio often from North Texas and its our new go-to spot!

5 /5 Jason Guerrero: Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a sleek, modern vibe. I ordered The Italian sandwich, which was more than generous... can easily enough for two. It came with kettle chips and a crisp pickle. The wines were fantastic as well; their 2023 Texas High Plains Malbec and 2024 Alta Loma Sangiovese were both excellent picks and great values. Highly recommend, be sure to stop by anytime youre in Johnson City!

5 /5 Aaron Moreno: Lovely people, solid Texas wine (sweeter than California wines), and tasty food. We got the sandwiches, and all were good; however, if you don’t think an Italian sandwich should be smothered with mayonnaise (!), then be sure to say so. The Morty-D sandwich was voted by all to be PHENOMENAL. The line won’t move fast, but only a knucklehead comes to a small town for fast service!

The staff is knowledgeable without being pretentious, making the experience relaxed and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you want to linger, savor every sip, and come back often.
