Austin, the smokemasters cooked the meat perfectly.i love that they give people a tour of the pit--so interesting to see and learn.
This time we had brisket and pork ribs along with their Mac & Cheese that tastes like the stuff my mom made when I was a kid. The corn has a spice in it that I cant pinpoint, but it adds a new dimension to the corn. Washing it down with a Frosty Rootbeer and Im a happy camper. Full!!
Lots of seating for overflow but Im guessing she gets pretty busy on the weekends! The service was great, enjoyed visiting with the meat cutter.
