5 /5 Jessica Hellerew: This is the 2nd Terry Blacks BBQ that weve been to. Just like the location in a Austin, the smokemasters cooked the meat perfectly.i love that they give people a tour of the pit--so interesting to see and learn. This time we had brisket and pork ribs along with their Mac & Cheese that tastes like the stuff my mom made when I was a kid. The corn has a spice in it that I cant pinpoint, but it adds a new dimension to the corn. Washing it down with a Frosty Rootbeer and Im a happy camper. Full!! Lots of seating for overflow but Im guessing she gets pretty busy on the weekends! The service was great, enjoyed visiting with the meat cutter. Definitely put it on your list to check out!

5 /5 M L: We love this place! Great vibes! An export sure touring how the bbq -open to dining guests- indoor A/C seating & my favorite outdoor seating. Good was great. Meat was amazing! I was bummed not to see smoked chicken in the menu & I didn’t care for the creamed corn…way too sweet for my personal preference but All the other sides were delicious!!!

5 /5 Kimberly Byrns: They start your experience off right by making you walk by the smokers so the aroma gets your mouth watering. All the sides are good. The Mac and Cheese is creamy with a lot of flavor. The coleslaw has great flavor without to much vinegar. Then you get to the meats. We went with sliced brisket, ribs and the jalapeno and cheese sausage. The smoke on the brisket is probably the best we have ever had and weve tried brisket everywhere. The flavor is so good you dont need sauce and thats coming from someone who LOVES the sauce. The sausage was amazing. The pop of flavor with your first bite is packed full. The ribs are almost fall off the bone and also have great flavor. Overall, you cant go wrong. We highly recommend you stop in for the best BBQ in Texas!!!!

5 /5 DB TITOS: Came to Lockhart to enjoy some of the F1 fun this year. Terry Black’s was definitely on the agenda for the first time. I placed a to go order for the small family meal and it did not disappoint. The service was quick and great. The Jalepano sausage had a great kick. The brisket was tender and the ribs were off the charts. I would say if you order and eat there I bet it would kick it up a notch.

5 /5 Kris: My brother and I took a spur of the moment BBQ motorcycle trip to a few “iconic” bbq spots around the Austin and surrounding areas. We made our way to a few places and ultimately decided that Terry Black’s was above and beyond any other place we tried. We made our way over to the smokers to take a look and we were invited right in to have an up close look at their awesome setup! The gentleman could not have been any friendlier in showing us the layout and explaining the extensive process of making an absolutely perfect brisket. We then made our way inside to place our order at the counter. The sides were fantastic. We chose potato salad, coleslaw, and creamed corn. Then we moved on to the meat section and were once again provided excellent service by Bobo and Adrian. They helped us out in selecting a great assortment of meat. The brisket was super tender but still had a nice bark, the jalapeño cheddar sausage had a nice little kick and wasn’t greasy like some others. We also had a little of the smoked turkey which was juicy and smoky. The ribs were tender and delicious as well. Long story short, this place blew every other BBQ spot out of the water in every regard! We will most definitely be back and will be sending everyone we know as well! Thanks fellas!
