Olive Garden Italian Restaurant - Pasadena (TX)

5 /5 RN CHEW: Not all locations do everything right but this one certainly did on this visit! Seated immediately for an early dinner and greeted by host server Saniyah, who come to find out was a new hire only about 4 days in but it seemed like shed been on staff for a lot longer. Saniyah answered all questions, was very efficient in all aspects as well as taking a moment to make sure my 93 year old neighbor had everything she needed. The food doesnt seem to change across all locations insofar as quality and quantity so basically, delicious. The restaurant was clean and organized and front of house manager Emily did a fantastic job stopping by to check on us and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy this visit as well so my elderly neighbor definitely had a wonderful dining experience!

3 /5 Tene Mont: Dined here for lunch with a friend. Ordered salad and breadsticks, lunch portion of chicken Alfredo, and added broccoli. Everything was delicious. The server was nice and attentive. The only thing I disliked was a short, straight, brown piece of hair on my salad plate.

4 /5 RD A: This place is relatively new and has a wonderful presentation both inside and out. I had an amazing experience with the food overall; however, we decided to try their special for the month. While the dish looked fantastic, I would recommend steering clear of the pasta that starts with a "B." It was quite thick and didnt complement the dish well, so I suggest ordering it but opting for a different type of pasta to enhance your meal. We ordered it as it came, and unfortunately, it didnt meet our expectations. On a positive note, the staff was great and very attentive!

5 /5 Elektra Smith: This place is either over crowded or nearly empty. Ive never met a happy medium. The staff are not that attentive to their tables when its busy. Its not always clean. Ive only had problems with their soups. They sometimes either give you to much broth or too many components.

5 /5 VivyAnn Howell: My Boyfriend and I had the greatest experience at this olive garden. Our server Michelle was incredible! She was very attentive and friendly. She refilled our drinks without us having to ask and brought us plenty of breadsticks. The manager came by and we complimented Michelle’s service again! The food was delicious and piping hot. The portion sizes are perfect and left us with plenty of food to take home. This is the best experience we have had at any olive garden!
