5 /5 Darlene Rosati: I took my daughter here for her birthday and it was wonderful! The service was amazing and the food, especially the salmon crudo, was delicious! The restaurant is located on the 17th floor of the Autograph Collection Sinclair hotel and has great views of downtown Fort Worth. For better views, there is available seating outside.

5 /5 Presley Roberts: This restaurant is beautiful (the view is the best in the entire city), the food is delicious and the staff is so attentive and kind! They even brought us a few complementary drinks and dishes, which was the cherry on top. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more!

5 /5 Bedore Donnie: Needed an impromptu date night… Found this place. And it was absolutely amazing. Hannah our server was authentic and fun. Food topped our expectation. First class service and atmosphere we would highly recommend and definitely will be back.

Our server Caroline was so well versed on the menu, guided us through our selections, made recommendations that were spot on. The manager ensured we were well taken care of and the chef even flexed a bit ensuring we tried his special salmon kudos which needs to be on your agenda here. I’m not a salmon fan at all but wound up eating more than half, my wife was upset. The a5 wagyu is tremendous. What an exceptional addition tot he FORT worth food scene. Oh and the cocktails were excellent and the presentation was perfection. If you are just in town for fun or want to really impress a significant other you have to come here. They nail it

5 /5 Brittany Fennell: Parking is easy with either street parking or the Sinclairs valet. Be sure to stop by the Wicked Butcher host stand first as youll need to be escorted to the elevator for access up. Once you step off the elevator, your reservation is confirmed and youre guided to either the patio or the indoor sushi bar. We booked patio seating, got cooler throughout the evening, but the staff were very accommodating with moving us closer to a nearby fire pit. Our server, Hannah, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable of the menu and perfectly attentive. She paced each dish beautifully throughout the night and made the whole experience feel special. Youre welcomed with a complimentary glass of bubbles and the chefs amuse-bouche, which is such a nice touch. Now for the food--we tried nearly the entire menu and everything was fresh, presented beautifully and full of flavor: Appetizers Scallop Crudo Oysters Tuna Tartare (favorite!) Handrolls Juicy Pop Crabby Hands Rich Daddy (favorite!) Makimono Sweet Escape Nikuya Cut (favorite!) The Sinclair Cowboy Kiss (on the house due to a nearby tables order mix-up--very kind gesture) Nigiri Hamachi Chutoro A friend ordered one of each off the Nigiri menu and said everything she tried was excellent as well. We still have a few items left to explore, and were already planning our next visit to experience Omakase style at the sushi bar. Highly recommend for the stunning views, memorable dishes, and top-tier service. Fort Worth truly needed this addition.
