Just the right amount with a great personality. My husband and I are in the area for the week and she was even kind enough to tell us about the Stockyard.

5 /5 Amanda Young: Richland High School Class of 1995 recently celebrated our 30th Class Reunion at this incredible restaurant, and I can’t say enough about how amazing the experience was! From the moment we began planning, the staff went above and beyond to help us customize every detail of the event. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The service was outstanding — attentive without being intrusive, and every team member made our guests feel welcome and cared for. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that pleased over 100 attendees. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The venue setup was equally impressive. The ambiance was perfect for a reunion — elegant yet comfortable, with plenty of space for mingling, dining, and celebrating. They even helped tailor the layout and décor to match our class theme, which added a personal touch that everyone appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to reconnect and celebrate such a special milestone. Thank you to the entire team for making our reunion unforgettable. Highly recommend for any large gathering or special event!

5 /5 Daphne Goode: We had a really great experience at Rex‘s last night. The food was absolutely fantastic as were the drinks. And while the food and drinks were delicious, sometimes that can be a warning sign that you are about to have some tiny little portions. This was not the case; the portions were huge! Every member of our party left with some leftover food. I am looking forward to going back again and trying even more menu items. Between what I ordered, and what I tasted from my group, I had the mozzarella cheese, deviled eggs, Brussels sprouts, gumbo, tacos, pizza, wings, bread pudding, funky monkey cocktail, new signature cocktail that I can’t remember the name of and the Mexican hot chocolate martini which I had multiples of and probably why I can’t remember the name of that other cocktail. Ha ha 10/10 We were in the private room and when the doors were closed, it was incredibly private. We could not hear the outside noise, the lighting was different and we even had video of a fireplace playing on the giant TV so it was really intimate and lovely. My pricepoint per person is a little higher due to cocktail/dessert consumption but with a variety of drink, entree and appetizer price points, you could spend more or less.

5 /5 Don Evon: Holy moly. Chicken fried steak with jalapeño gravy was life changing. The potatoes that came with it were incredible. Tack on some really great service and you’ve got the best brunch ever. Instead of just adding coffee to your cup, they bring you a new cup. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

3 /5 dean dfw: Fun spot to watch sports on lots of TVs with friends and family. Ordered the CFS: thin, tender, easy to cut without a steak knife, it just lacked any flavor. The garlic mashed potatoes were very garlic-y (my fave) but were oh so very salty; the green beans were just too raw for my taste. My companions ordered lots of different items, the consensus was the main item they ordered was delicious but all the sides were way too salty to eat. Staff are friendly, it does get loud but we could all hear and talk to each other just fine. We were a big group and we made a reservation and got seated immediately.
