She that the entire staff was a little slow in busing tables, bringing condiments, etc, I stood up and grabbed a catsup bottle from an adjacent table. The hostess Ariel snapped at me and said, "Next time if you need something, ask me. Dont let that happen again, ok?" I simply explained to her that I was the customer and the customer is always right. I simply told her that the service was a little slow. She rudely turned her back on me and left me speaking. This is a flagrant lack of respect towards customers and an indication that she lack the basic social skills need when interacting with customers. Ariel needs to be properly retrained or let go. Fortunately this is our second time back and extremely enjoy your burgers. This incident will not hold us back from coming to your restaurant. Rest assured that I sent an email to the Huddle House corporate office so they can correct this problem. The food is great but some their wait staff are inexperienced young adults who lack the maturity and social skills needed to interact with customers. Something they were never taught at home.
