The crawfish are always incredibly delicious—perfectly seasoned, fresh, and cooked just right. What really sets this place apart, though, is the owner. He’s genuinely personable, remembers our names, and always makes us feel welcome the moment we arrive. I’ve had crawfish from plenty of places across Texas, but nothing comes close to what Double Bayou Crawfish Farm is serving. The taste of their crawfish is on another level. Every bite is bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and unbelievably fresh. You can literally tell they take pride in what they do because the quality speaks for itself. The spice level is spot‑on — not too mild, not overpowering, just that perfect kick that keeps you coming back for more. 5 /5 Mikayla Brinson: I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars it was that good! The spice level for the crawfish is perfect, I didn’t need to add anything to it (however their house dry seasoning is delicious). I also ordered the colossal snow crab which was huge, easy to peel, flavorful and an excellent contrast to the crawfish. I drove over 1hr to eat here and it was worth every second and every penny spent. The crawfish are farm to table so not a single one in my order were dead or fishy tasting. Can’t recommend this place enough!
