5 /5 Ramferi Mata: The best Chick-fil-A we have been to in years. The spicy sandwich was top notch and crispy. Well done and not rushed. Very good customer service too.

5 /5 Katelynn Hollingsworth: Just wanted to say that Chris is an absolutely wonderful human being and Chick-fil-A is so blessed to have him. Tonight I was at the counter trying to figure out how to get everything my kids wanted, with what I had on me, and he did everything he could to help me. When he handed me my food he also said, "I just want you to know youre doing a great job. Merry Christmas," and I cried. You never know what someones going through and I needed that encounter more than he knew it. Please let him know how much I appreciated his kindness towards me and that it meant so much to me.

1 /5 LaKia Godfrey: My order was made completely wrong. Asked for a regular sandwich with lettuce and tomato (no cheese). Received a sandwich with no buns and pepper jack cheese. Returned straight back to the restaurant and the same person that serviced me greeted me and I presented the issue as well as the sandwich to her. Was told I’d get my sandwich straight away. I was made to watch as at minimum 15 other people (every person actively waiting in the restaurant) got serviced ahead of me, excluding those looking for refills. Then after all of those people cleared out my order was presented as an “On the fly,” order. There was no apology, no, “Thank you for your patience.” No reward compensation offer. Half of my lunch hour from work was spent waiting for my food even though I presented the issue straight away. That whole team needs a reminder of what the customer experience means. That was a ZERO star experience. Couldn’t even enjoy my food after that.

1 /5 Bill Steil: Slowest Chick fil a service that I have ever had. Waited a good 15 minutes for our food in the drive thru while cars behind us received their orders. I have never received a my pleasure or even a smile from anyone working here. Terrible customer service.
