4 /5 Brittney Smith: ***Edit to add in previous response to the review: We went on Tuesday. Did not get the fresh sauces made yesterday (Friday).
I hope you all clean up in there, get that septic fixed, and get your music working. Best of luck. Maybe we just came on a bad day.
The pickles were too salty to eat (like someone accidentally poured dropped a salt container over them) and the fried crawfish lacked salt. We were confused by this. They must have been out of salt because it got all poured out on the pickles haha.
The best thing ordered were the tacos. The tortillas were toasty and at $10, they were a great price.
There were a lot of sauces that came with my boil but none of them were fresh. They tasted old and like they were on the verge of expiration. From what I gathered they must be made before the weekend and since I dined on a Tuesy, they had been sitting.
There were so many raving reviews on the Tyler FB page that we decided to give them a try.
Aside from the mediocre food, the place was not clean, smelled like sewage outside the front door, and there was nothing but silence inside/no music.
We didnt understand the hype and will not be back.
