Amber McGuire This well decorated nail salon has won themselves a new patron after a long, luxurious pedicure. Upon walking in, I was immediately impressed with the size and decor of the space. All the massage chairs were brand new, and some of the nicest Ive seen. I ordered a pedicure that included a milk soak, real aloe vera leaf rub, hot stone massage, and paraffin wax treatment. The gentleman who took care of me took a lot of time, paid attention to sanitation, and was very thorough throughout the whole pedicure. I just got a glitter shellac, so not a fancy design. My feet and legs felt and looked fabulous afterward. I am looking forward to another trip next week.

Katie H My daughter had her birthday party there this morning. They opened early just for us, provided drinks and snacks for all the 8 year old girls, and all around did an amazing job. I am beyond impressed and I highly recommend them!! Thanks so much again signature nail bar!

Dash Hutt I just went there Wednesday with my best friend and I was so impressed! I believe my nail technician was Anna and she was so kind and worked so fast! All of my nails are perfectly shaped and I’ve never been happier with a set of nails before. I had 2 designs that I wanted and she communicated that she didn’t know how to do a certain style so instead we went with my second choice, however I was not disappointed in the slightest. Im also not a talkative person and never really have been when it comes to small talk at nail salons but I really enjoyed her company! I cannot recommend this place enough and I will be coming back here any time I want my nails done! :) ( I included what my nails looked like and the reference photo of what I wanted)

Earlene Bushong Anna is very knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to giving you what you want! A total professional with speedy service when it comes to acrylics..! Naturally she don’t rush pedicures allowing you to enjoy every minute of your spa pedicure experience.

Helen Van I have tried a bunch of nail salons in since I moved to midland two years ago, and I never go back because they always chip or the workers are not nice. But when I heard recommended this place, I absolutely like it. The worker are very friendly and take time to do my nail. They also gave me the recommendation that work best for my nail condition. I love it so much. BIG RECOMMEND.

Amber Reynolds This place is hands down the best place I have found in the Midland area to get my nails done, they genuinely care about their customers. When I took my mom (who is paralyzed) in to get her nails done they tried so hard to figure out a way to get her into the foot tub so they could take care of her feet. Unfortunately we couldnt but they did take care of her the best that they could. They were super sweet & her nails looked great! Mine & my daughters were also amazing!

Allison did a wonderful sculpting facial and I love how smooth and glowing my skin is now. I’ll admit I spent way too much time in the quiet room today, I love that place. All the staff is so nice and sweet. I highly recommend Woodhouse for your next spa experience.

Railrunner mixed positive negative experience. Therapist personality flat had to ask her name. No engagement regarding pressure or how I was feeling during the session. Ambient temperature was low and therefore I was uncomfortable even though though there was a heated table. Cold lotion is definitely not my favorite in this environment. my suggestion in that regard is to get the room ambient temperature setting favorable to the client. And also, to get lotion warming units.

Gina Allison did a great job on my facial. Very relaxing atmosphere. Would have given 5 stars if I was able to experience both of the services I signed up for.

BreAnn Boyd Amazing! Booked a 3 hour spa experience. The neck, shoulder, and back massage did just what the description says. It left me relaxed and invigorated. The Woodward mani/pedi was 50/80 minutes of relaxation heaven. Will definitely go back. Even the quiet waiting room was relaxing enough that, after putting the phone down, I got in a power nap. Every staff member was friendly and inviting. Exactly the kind of spa I was looking for to feel pampered and relaxed.

Elizabeth Holden 10/10. We do not live in Midland but go often to shop. We normally get our nails done in the town we live in but lately its been frustrating with our local shop. I told my daughter we should look into a place in Midland, called Midland nails. Was able to scheduled that day. By far the quickest, cleanest, cutest fill in weve both gotten in MONTHS. We both do a design, my daughter a 3D. We were in and out within an hour. Carrie and Ryan were amazing. The owner was super friendly. I will drive to Midland once a month just to have our nails done.

Hailey Cooper So me and my friend went to this salon and the people were friendly and clean but the thing I want to complain about is not even a week after we went my shellac toe nail polish peeled off and my nails didn’t look good so I went back they fixed the toes no problem! I asked if my nails could be reshaped and the design fixed after reshaped and they charged me $20 extra dollars on top of what I had already paid the day we went and this is how my nails look! My nails are scratched from the drill and the design doesn’t even look good nor the shape for the price and quality I will probably not be back! And I didn’t want to go back or call because it would have been my 3rd time

Shelley Moore Tammy and the staff are amazing. Always willing to accommodate. They have a full line of polishes and services. Friendly! Tammy has been my nail tech for over 7 years. I no longer live in the area but every time I visit I make sure she does my nails. Trust me when I say a good nail tech is hard to find…..went through 8 in 10 months while living in Indiana. She knows what she’s doing and is quick and efficient.

Christina Lunsford I have to say service was beautiful, not a problem there. They were very kind. but I was over charged by far. Paid 65 for a pedicure when I told the lady I wanted the 45 dollar one....and then paid 130 for some basic nails. So after I tipped both people 20 before I knew my total, my total was 192. 230 altogether, No thank you. Simply because of the price I wont go back unfortunately.

Brooklyn Wynn This was my first time going to Gossip nails and I was extremely impressed! I was seated right away, the staff was very friendly, the salon was nice and clean, everyone was chatting and the environment was very friendly and welcoming! My nails came out perfectly and Cam and Ty were very sweet and gentle! I was pleased with the pricing as well!! I will definitely be returning!!

Brandi Reese I went to this salon yesterday for the first time and had the best experience. They allowed me to sit and wait in a pedicure massage chair rather than in the front until someone was able to get me. They were very friendly, engaged with their customers and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Kimmy did my pedicure and I absolutely adored her! She talked off and on the whole time and did not rush through the pedicure at all. I expressed to her that I had an in-grown bothering me and she took her time working on that for me which was so appreciated. Kaden did my nails and they turned out exactly how I wanted them. He listened whenever I explained what I wanted (even though it was basic) and I could tell they truly care about the health of your nails. They are pricier than other places I’ve been but worth it in my opinion for a great experience and service. I will absolutely be back and recommend Gossip Nails to others.

Emily D Welch The only reason I’m giving it a 3 instead of a 1 is because my nails do look good. The issue is with how long it took to get started and finished. I walked in at 12:07pm on a Thursday afternoon, thinking this will take about a hour to do a basic pedicure and a full on my nails. They got me sat in a pedi chair and started working on removing the gel in my toes. They didn’t run any water in the basin until the gel was completely off my toes, which took about 15 mins to do, bc she kept answering her phone while working on my feet. Mind you, it’s December and it was chilly. Like I said, I got the basic pedicure, but the massage in my legs was absurd. All it was, was the tech rubbing the scrub on my legs. There was no massage. After my toes were done, she sat me in a chair for nails. I sat there for another 10 mins waiting for someone to come and start my nails. After waiting for 10 mins, the same girl came up to me, VERY close to me, placed her hand on my shoulder and asked if I wanted something to drink (she was too close to me, in my personal space for sure) I had my cup with me so I said no. After this, she finally sat down and started removing the gel from my nails. Once complete, she said, “he’s almost done back there. When he’s finished, he’ll come up here and take care of you.” And then walked away. The guy who was supposedly supposed to be doing my nails was literally walking around the place texting on his phone. Finally when my boyfriend came in to give me the hotel key, he sat down and got started on my nails. I left the salon at 2:30pm sharp. I think it’s absurd that it took 2.5 hours to do a basic pedicure and a basic fill. I’ve never had it take that long. Absurd.

Meghan Minguela I was more satisfied with the prices. Pedi was nice. Manicure wasnt so happy. I love their designs on their fake nails. He didnt cut my cuticles -he cut me twice with his gold tool! I asked him to cut my cuticle, and it didnt work. I ended up pulling it off when I left! He didnt even put both my hands together to see if they are even with each other. Very rough while filing my nails. If, I come back I dont want him. He sighed every time -as if he couldnt wait to get finished!

zoe galindo So i came in at 2:00 and they told me at 4:00 that they were too busy for me waste of youre time my sister asked for a bow on her nail and the lady said yes but once she started she said that she couldnt nails are so ugly this should be 0 stars

Lola n Plunkett I love this place and will only get my nails done here from now on! I walked in at 11 oclock to get my eyebrows waxed my toes done and acrylic nails. I had a doc apt. and they had 2 people work on me just to get me out on time! Much cheaper then other places around here. Love it love it love it!!!!

Pamela Lookabaugh Kelly and Kevin own this business. They are so friendly and accommodating. You never feel anything but love when you are there. Tina gives the best pedicures. Her foot massages are great! Joe is the creative one! He can do just about anything. He is meticulous and a perfectionist.

A R Today was my first time going here at Im new to town. The place was busy, which is a good sign, but I was still seen pretty quickly. Very polite staff. They were super gentle and Ruby dang near put me to sleep with her awesome massage. Love the color and the nice care they took. Will be back!

Melissa Sheley RAVE: I just got the BEST pedicure from Organic Nails. They switched to using disposable pedicure kits so the same tools aren’t used on every person. It’s super clean and the pedicurist gave an amazing massage. They were already great but they really upped their game!

Isabel Foster After years of being a loyal customer at this nail salon, Ive made the decision not to return due to a disappointing experience today. Despite their higher prices compared to other salons, Ive continued to patronize and refer them to family and friends, but the quality of service during my recent visit was below par. I had gone in for a manicure and pedicure, but I left feeling upset. When I arrived, my toenails were perfectly square and uniform, but after the pedicure, they looked completely different. Additionally, despite my request, I didnt receive the matte black color I had asked for. The paint job was poor, and the removal of dead skin on my feet was not satisfactory. I was informed that the person who worked on my nails was still in training, which I understand, but I believe that customers should not be part of a trainees learning experience while paying full price. This inconsistency is not new to me; over the years, Ive had hit-and-miss experiences with both pedicures and manicures, unless I specifically request the same person every time.

Tenajha Percy I wanted to love this place but unfortunately it fell short for me. I called ahead to see if I could get an appointment. I walk in and waited for prob 20-25 mins no big deal it’s common.The lady who did my nails finally sat down at the chair and it was almost as if she was in a hurry.she made my acrylics really thick . I asked for this design but I wanted a coffin shape. I didn’t get coffin I got square which I specifically said I didn’t want . As she’s doing my nails she was rough. She skipped the washing of the hands after all the powder was everywhere. All her nail polishes were old and the brushes were messed up and chunky polish. She had gotten hair in 3 of my nails and decided to continue just going over it. I know she saw it cause she was trying to scratch at it at one point with her nails. Still didn’t get it out just put a clear polish over the top of it. The line work is sloppy and not even. The nails aren’t the same comparing from hand to hand . At the end I asked how much and when she said $75 I was floored. Over priced for the quality of work. I spent 2 hours there if not longer. Less then a week later and I’m still very unhappy

Morgan Van Gaal I ended up here on a whim after showing up to my usual nail place an it being closed and wow, am I ever glad that I did. I have been twice so far and both and been the most incredible quality of gel manicure ever. My first one lasted over 5 weeks without even a glimmer of wanting to peel it was just growing out so it was time to change over. The second time - I swear I have never had a better quality of manicure in my life. 100% recommend this place, the staff are so nice and accommodating, and the service was efficient without sacrificing quality. Next to no wait both times. Highly recommend!!

Not to mention, cut my cuticle to the point where it bled. Additionally, I tried to make an appointment and they told me no appointment needed they hadn’t been busy. I walk in and they tell me to wait an hour. I couldn’t believe it. The response from owner is not sincere and this type of service continues. Needless to say, looking for recommendations for a new place after I thought I may have found it.

Alexandra Gallegos i moved to midland from san angelo where i had the best home based nail tech and wasn’t sure where to get my nails done, i tried a few other places before finding DIVA NAILS and didn’t have a good experience but once i came into diva nails i found my nail tech, JOJO the owner is my go to, shes sweet, she does my nails good every time and she is super quick! I even recommend her to my friend and she loved her nails when she went! They also do good pedicures , i overall like diva nails!

Michelle Contreras I won’t speak on Divas Nail Salon as a whole since I’ve only been a few times and it’s not my regular salon, but I have to say that Melissa Cruz, the nail tech, did an incredible job on my nails! The review is solely for the nail tech and not the salon. Before my appointment, I showed her some inspiration pictures and asked if she could recreate a specific nail art design. Not only did she nail the look, but she added her own creative touch, making them even better than the inspiration photos. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect before I left. These are my favorite set of nails and I highly recommend Melissa for your next set of nails!

Danielle Smith I don’t agree with any of the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here off & on for 6 years now. I’ve had almost everyone do my nails and never left unsatisfied. Jojo, Mark, Teddy, Kai and everyone else who works there does amazing at their job. I’m very picky and very particular about my nails. When I need a fix or anything, they are willing to help or explain why they can’t do a certain thing to my nails. My husband and I come here for couple’s pedicure and leave happy too. I get my nails done routinely. And I am probably more difficult because I like designs on my nails, they are patient with me and make sure I like them at the end. I recommend them to anyone who asks about my nails. Try them for yourself before listening to the negative people. Some people just want attention and don’t tell the truth. And for proof, I posted pictures of the nails they’ve done for me ◡̈

Brandon & Rebekah I’ve contemplated posting these pictures. My heart is so broken. These are my actual nails not acrylic nails. I have gone to Avalon Nails & Spa for years before 2020. This was my second time coming back this year. The first time I came back, my nails were incredible and the person who did them did a very good job. So I decided to go back to the same person and get my nails done. This was the results. I understand that I could go back and let them try to make things right, but my nails hurt so bad and are butchered beyond repair. I gave three stars because they were good before 2020. (The skin condition is eczema, it was not caused by the salon.)

Jenna Wallace Worst "manicure" Ive ever had. First, the girl ripped off my acrylic set rather soaking them, which of course hurt a lot. Then preceded to put new acrylic on top of my nails without buffing them or anything. She didnt treat my cuticles at all and didnt bother even pushing the cuticles back. She didnt have me wash my hands after she buffed the new acrylic, and she didnt even put lotion on my hands. No hand massage either, but they still had the nerve to charge me $45 for the "manicure." The pedicure I got by one of the men was half-assed as well. $140 down the drain, but my mother got treated very well, so she got her $65 worth. I guess they thought she was the one paying, rather than me paying for both of us. Ive heard good things about this place, but after my experience, I will never go back.

kg 123 70 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING!!! I only got my toes painted white at the tip(WITHOUT a base color) and i was charged 70 DOLLARS!!! When i asked why, they said it was gel but i never asked for gel and it wasnt even gel. It was regular polish. AND to add to that they are uneven and the “top coat” was not over the full nail. PLUS, the edges were not fill so it looks chipped. 70 DOLLARS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

She refused to cut my nails short after I told her 3 times my nails didnt last 24 hrs before the first 2 broke off like we spent well over $100 for the 2 of us . Dont try this place!!!! Vee Usually, Im very adamant about the length of my nails. I always request them to be really short, Im in the medical field and I prefer my nails to be short in length with no under nail showing. Danny ignored my request and kinda chuckled when I said I wanted them shorter than what he had already filed, he continued with painting my nails instead and said he would cut them down "later". He did cut them down, still not anywhere I had showed him I wanted them. When you are a paying customer and you are requesting something so simple it becomes a nuisance and a waste of your time. Its like going to a restaurant and asking for a burger, but the the server brings you a ham sandwich, because he thinks it tastes better. By the way, this was my second time going to this place and BOTH times my requests for short nails were ignored. I decided to give them another try, because I did like the dip powder and it lasted me a really long time, considering I am constantly hand sanitizing and hand washing. Another thing that happened, that has NEVER happened with my dip powder services, was the top layer started to peel, it hasnt even been 24 hours since I had them done. I did notice that Danny did not put the activator on my nails and he only did one layer of top coat. I have been doing dip powder for more that 6 years now, I know the process. I feel like I was ripped off. I went in and one of the girls fixed them, but I felt like she was annoyed. The first thing out of her mouth was" let me see" . They were speaking in their language which makes me feel like they were talking about me. She had another client waiting and as I made my way to wash my hands, her attitude changed instantly, she told the lady waiting " Hi, how are you today?" Customer service goes a long way in my book and unfortunately this place has left a bad taste in my mouth I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Jennifer Aston Had a pedicure, brow wax and almond shaped acrylic nails done before going to a special event out of town. Staff was friendly but my nails look like a child did them. Thick, rough edged, not on straight? Lines not smooth, Etc. I did not notice until I left Very disappointed.
