Dave Cates I needed an ear wax removal wash and was told on the phone that they would charge me only for that procedure and not for an office call. But when I got there they charged me for the procedure and the office call too. So, what they said wasnt true. Water they used was supposed to be warm but was not, and she squirted the water into my one ear it hurt. When I said something about it she acted as if she didnt hear me, but I know she. Ajay G Dr. Mario Vasquez is the best doctor Ive ever had, and I have seen many. You can tell he really cares about his patients and he really makes sure to listen to me if I have questions, comments or any type of concern. Hes sympathetic, intelligent and a great listener AND his staff are extremely kind and helpful, just the cherries on top! They never make you feel like a burden when you visit their place of work. Even though the wait times can be a little long (which is understandable because Dr. Vasquez makes sure to spend the proper amount of time with each of his patients) i highly recommend you pay them a visit!

Maria Hartwell I went to the clinic when they had women PAs, then they were gone. I stayed for a while longer but the fact that there is no doctor is a big NO NO. They have a PA on Tuesday ,half a day and the real doctor is there on Friday. Its ridiculous. The clinic is there for their convenience and not to serve the people. Clinic is closed most of the time and they never answer the calls. You leave a message and they dont respond.
