Carlos Castillo: I am not a patient but parent is, waiting time is ridiculous, these people have never tried an appointment system. Plan to be there waiting a minimum of 4 hours. You might die before you get seen.
Pamela Stone: Dr Lai Zayas is the best! She was my Mothers Dr and Im thankful she is now mine. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. I never have to wait. My health issues are always considered and taken care of.
Charmaine Hines: Dr. Persaud is a very caring physician with excellent bedside manners. She takes her time to give her patients the very best care. She answers all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and kind.
Lynda Colville: Dr. Pakzaban has been my surgeon since 2018. Although I’m very pleased with him cause he is the best, his staff makes it incredibly difficult to get the care a person needs including emergency situations. I feel this puts his patients at risk for further complications even death. Why do they have to be so incredibly rude ??? It’s uncalled for specially when you’re already feeling miserable. Just be nice for goodness sake!! I absolutely love my surgeon or I would definitely leave this place cause they are so mean. I’ve done nothing wrong and I’m always friendly and don’t deserve the treatment that I receive especially from one of the staff members that thinks she knows more than the surgeon himself. Wish he would get a friendly working staff.
Mrs. Wendy: From the moment I spoke to them on the phone I knew there was going to be in issue after they gave me a different time for my appointment and I missed it had to reschedule. I was interested in bringing my kids to this clinic and making it their primary doctor but no more. From the very moment I walked in they were already trying to reschedule me because I didnt have my paperwork printed in hand. I said no I will have their last doctor fax it to them while I fill out forms and it was automatically an issue. After waiting and them continuing to try and reschedule me I was told that I had to have those papers by 4 not to mention they close at 5. They really were not trying to help and made it very difficult so I decided to take my business elsewhere.
R Nino: Ive called the 24 hrs number 3 times and have yet anyone come to the phone to talk with me. Instead, they pick up and recorded message welcomes me for calling and then a busy signal comes up and the line hangs up. Horrible and inconsiderate service rendered to their customers.
