Sylvia Jaramillo We have been customers of Eve’s Custom Jewelry for some years now, mostly obtaining services for minor jewelry repairs, cleaning, etc. In June 2024, I damaged my anniversary ring which included losing one of the small diamonds. Eve’s replaced the missing diamond and now my anniversary ring shines brilliantly and looks better than new! I also inquired about how best to keep my wedding rings from turning sideways and upside down on my finger. After speaking with Nancy, she recommended fusing the two rings together, widening the band and squaring out the bottom to balance the weight. Nancy very meticulously explained the process and provided a sketch of the finished product. I picked my wedding ring up this past weekend and I am ecstatic!!! For the first time in 35 years, I can actually see the diamonds on the top of the ring. No more slipping sideways and upside down. I can’t stop looking at it. From the top, it still looks like two separate rings in the set. I love, love, love, the squared bottom. This is it exactly what was needed. No other jeweler had ever recommended this so I had resorted to just “living with it”. Not anymore! Thank you Nancy for giving me the perfect, original wedding ring! I can’t wait to work with you on the additional custom pieces using my parents’ wedding bands! I highly recommend Nancy and team at Eves’s Custom Jewelry. I have been to every jewelry store and rock shop, from Washington to Texas looking for jewelry and gems, I know a lot about diamonds and have purchased at luxury brands as well as mom and pop for years. So I do not say this lightly, but my experience at Rice Village was the best jewelry shopping experience I have ever had full stop! First they have a great selection of natural diamonds! They have high quality settings that are unique and diverse. Arcelia was amazing, she looked at my inspiration picks and searched high and low for any ring I might like. And this is a special ring as its my 18 year wedding anniversary so Im taking my time. There was no pressure at all she let me try on everything and touch everything and I felt comfortable the whole time. The diamonds are much better than the quality you find at other stores great cuts and color all around. You really couldnt go wrong with anything in the store. Ronnie was super knowledgeable! I could have geeked out talking to him about diamonds and gems for days! He even offered to find me a special emerald at the vagus gem show, he was fun and friendly as well. I am very excited to find such a great place and Im sure I will be purchasing many pieces from them in the near future. Update: After taking time to enjoy looking at the larger selection of diamonds, I decided on an amazing 3 stone ring, it’s a stunner! More sparkle than I have ever seen! It was a great price too, definitely competitive to online sellers, but way better quality and personal service. I also got to see some of their custom created tennis bracelets and they were true perfection, I would definitely recommend if you are looking for anything custom!

Yendi helped us out and she was the sweetest! Super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience so much fun. She helped us pick the perfect anklets and made sure everything felt special. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back for more cute jewelry.

Stephanie Foy I can’t even begin to describe the level of unprofessionalism from this location and its regional manager. They have had my wedding ring for SIX MONTHS and it has gone out more than SEVEN TIMES for repairs. Each time, it comes back with a new issue that did not exist before. I do not want a new ring as this is my sentimental wedding set that my husband proposed with. They have offered absolutely no reasonable solution (outside of replacing the ring which is not possible because it isn’t made anymore) and the past month has been full of countless calls with this store manager kicking the can down the road and telling me customer service or her regional manager will contact me soon. Then, the regional manager failed to email or call when I was told she would. She left a voicemail TEN DAYS after I was told to expect an email AND a phone call. She did not identify herself in the voice message as the regional manager and she did not leave a return number. And this is about two months after I began asking for her involvement in solving this issue. Additionally, every time I’ve gone in to pick up my ring (more than 7 times), a different associate is helping me and none of them have been briefed on the issue. So it falls on me to walk them through the nightmare over and over again only to be told to wait for the store manager to contact me again. I never leave reviews especially negative ones but I’m at an absolute loss with this situation. I obviously will never be purchasing anything from Zales again and if you care at all about your sentimental jewelry I would highly suggest you go to a competent company who has at least a basic grasp of customer service. Absolutely sickening.
