    Sofia Newcomer: I had such an amazing experience at Tannenbaum! I brought in one of my wedding bands as it had lost a stone and it had sustained some other damage—Michael looked at the ring and was so helpful, he let me know exactly what the jeweler would do to help repair it. I also love that they will send you a quote and wait for your approval before moving forward with any repairs. The cost was more than fair and when I went to pick it up, it looked good as new!! It only took about a week to get the repairs done as their jewelers are on site. It was such a positive experience that I took a very sentimental and precious diamond necklace into the store to be redesigned—Beatrice helped me with this and she was so kind and lovely and knew exactly what I had imagined for my new piece. They also cleaned my other rings for me and sent me home with some ring polishing sticks! From start to finish I cannot recommend this amazing business enough, they really know how to take care of their clients and I will definitely be back for all of my jewelry-related needs + purchases!!

Other places were quoting me between 200 and 300 for the same work and wanted either days or a week for service. Glad I found this place. Will be back.     TheDawnKing66: The stone is mounted crooked. The prongs are curved, not prepped to be bent flush to the stone, so it snags. Also the prongs werent burnished, so the ends are thick, clumsy, crooked. Will have to pay, again to have it re done correctly by a professional who knows their craft. Impersonal, sloppy, and unapologetic about being late with the order.

Its very dainty and once in a while it gets tugged on just enough for it to snap and I take it here for $20 gold necklace repair. They get it done in 1 day. I finally met the owners the other day when I came in to retrieve my necklace. Miss Cheryl and her husband are so sweet and they even own a lovely cottage that they also rent out to people who want to have a relaxing, nature staycation in Texas. Not only was it ready in a short amount of time but also the price was reasonable. And, the personal whom assisted were all very nice and informative of their custom work they do.
