5 /5 Pallas A: We wanted to add an anniversary ring to my wedding set and I had a requirement of it including ten diamonds to represent our ten year anniversary. I spent a lot of time searching the internet and realized its not common for rings to come with an even amount of stones so we decided to have one custom made. We picked Valobra because of their solid reviews and couldnt be more thrilled with our decision. When we went in Katie sat down with us and listened to what we were hoping to achieve (a crown style ten diamond ring to fit on top of my wedding set) and after what felt like only a few minutes of sketching out possible ideas she had nailed the design better than I could have imagined. The whole process took three weeks and Katie kept us in the loop throughout. When we went to pick up the ring we were completely blown away, it is absolutely stunning. The jeweler did an amazing job of not only making Katies design a reality but matching it perfectly to my wedding and engagement rings to make the most beautiful set. We definitely recommend Valobra!

I went in for a jewelry repair of my gold necklace (I’ve had since I was a teenager). The jeweler took expert care of my necklace and had it ready the next morning. Free of charge! The honesty and homeness is worth mentioning. They returned my necklace sparkling. I had such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be back (for my next necklace)

I cant say enough about the presentation they displayed and the fantastic music. I didnt get a chance to get the DJs name but he was really good. Awesome experience from awesome people. Even with the cold weather this evening they had a tent that was warm and full of smiles.

5 /5 Jennifer Keenan: Katie and the staff at Valobra provided amazing service from the moment I walked in. The showroom is beautiful and full of incredible jewelry. While I was in to replace a stone in my ring, I know I’ll be back. They were kind and assured my repaired would only be a few days while other places had said I’d have to be without for weeks. Sure enough, my ring was ready when they said. I was extremely impressed of how they cleaned up my diamonds and the band, I just can’t say better things about this jewelers!
