Even though other staff members were closer to the entrance and didnt even acknowledge me, Sarah quickly and warmly greeted me into the store. George Torres I went on January 14 2024 to repair a chain that kept unhinging on and off. Nervous I would eventually lose it I decided to stop by and repair it. Trisha advised it was a hinge and took it to the back to repair it. She brought it back nice and cleaned and advised there was no charge! I offered to pay but she would not accept anything! I will definitely be back because of their excellent customers service!!! Strongly recommend them!!

Guaranteed the work, and when a minor issue arose stood by the guarantee and corrected work for no additional charge. Worked with foreign and older pieces without any issue. Willing to undertake creative/extensive revisions and repairs. Also, incredibly accessible and promptly communicated. Truly 10/10 experience.

Kavion Washington I’m so disheartened by my experience here, they seemed nice enough when I brought my ring in for an estimate on a repair the man there I thought at the time was kind enough to reshape the ring before putting it away for further review by the jeweler. When I called the next day to inquire a lady stated there were cracks that would have to be fixed as well as some other issues. Unfortunately I did not bring my ring in cracked - it was a result of him reshaping my ring. The quote was considerably higher than I anticipated and in the disappointment of not being able address my original concern I didn’t realize until I was driving home that this damage was not preexisting. I’m including photos of how the ring entered the shop and how i left with it. Though the lady may have had no knowledge of what took place when i dropped it off she suggested that perhaps I had dropped something heavy on the ring .

Julio Cavazos I’ve been shopping with them since garibaldi. I bought a 10k bracelet last year I paid 1400$ I come to find out it is not 10k every place I’ve been going to to try and sell it tells me it’s 8k I have gone to places not to sell it just to try it out and they tell me it’s 8k I have lost multiple sales because they keep telling me it doesn’t pass the 10k. I went up there told the guy that sold it to me he said they can’t do nothing about it and he tells me it’s 10k he wants me to bring my receipt to give me 400$ dollars back! 400! How is ok to scam people and then ask for a receipt. I bought from them in good fate and now they screw me over with selling me less gold that’s illegal and I will be filling charges. Check whatever jewelry you have bought from them and see if I’m wrong they were called Ashley’s jewelry at garibaldi bazaar. They won’t even let me speak to the owners or give me no information to speak to them. He said the owner will not care and will turn me back.
