    Julio Cavazos: I’ve been shopping with them since garibaldi. I bought a 10k bracelet last year I paid 1400$ I come to find out it is not 10k every place I’ve been going to to try and sell it tells me it’s 8k I have gone to places not to sell it just to try it out and they tell me it’s 8k I have lost multiple sales because they keep telling me it doesn’t pass the 10k. I went up there told the guy that sold it to me he said they can’t do nothing about it and he tells me it’s 10k he wants me to bring my receipt to give me 400$ dollars back! 400! How is ok to scam people and then ask for a receipt. I bought from them in good fate and now they screw me over with selling me less gold that’s illegal and I will be filling charges. Check whatever jewelry you have bought from them and see if I’m wrong they were called Ashley’s jewelry at garibaldi bazaar. They won’t even let me speak to the owners or give me no information to speak to them. He said the owner will not care and will turn me back.

    Vy Chen: this location is awful DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. i went in for a chain and to have a charm engraved, not only was Michelle N rude and unhelpful but the store’s machine didn’t work and my charm had scratches everywhere. my first attempt on engraving the charm was handwritten, a pretty decent size and written within the perimeters. the machine had completely FLIPPED OVER my charm and was writing everything all over the place. they let me redo it again and recommended i used the text setting, which completely ruined the whole purpose of coming in, where i wanted to hand write something but after seeing what happened i settled. i saw the worker pull out another charm from the drawer, where it was completely scratched up. even after using the text setting the charm FLIPPED OVER ONCE AGAIN and looked NOTHING like what was shown. it is completely illegible and looks like chicken scratch, and there is suppose to be a heart written on it????? only after i spent my money and wasted my time the worker THEN AFTER informed me that they have been having problems with the machine, why sell me something that you knew didn’t work?? and people were unhappy with???? i’m upset i wasn’t informed of the issues they had beforehand and how i couldn’t refund this scam. i will never be returning and i hope the worker is retrained thoroughly on customer service and letting them know of any precautions before they spend their money.
