1 /5 Kavion Washington: I’m so disheartened by my experience here, they seemed nice enough when I brought my ring in for an estimate on a repair the man there I thought at the time was kind enough to reshape the ring before putting it away for further review by the jeweler. When I called the next day to inquire a lady stated there were cracks that would have to be fixed as well as some other issues. Unfortunately I did not bring my ring in cracked - it was a result of him reshaping my ring. The quote was considerably higher than I anticipated and in the disappointment of not being able address my original concern I didn’t realize until I was driving home that this damage was not preexisting. I’m including photos of how the ring entered the shop and how i left with it. Though the lady may have had no knowledge of what took place when i dropped it off she suggested that perhaps I had dropped something heavy on the ring .
