5 /5 Levi Haiisu: I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped at my scheduled appointment time. The process was too easy and makes me want to come here for my future jewelry needs. They even threw in a gift box!!! Wow! Shout out to Ernesto and Joanne for brightening both my necklace and my day! Before and after photos for reference

5 /5 Ethaniel Valdez: We had the best experience at Zales at La Cantera thanks to Janine! We went a few months back to get some ideas for an upgrade for our anniversary and she was amazing. So patient, so kind, and was not forceful. We decided to think about our decision. Went back a few weeks later and was so happy she was there again. She yet again went above and beyond for us to help find the dream ring. Thanks again!

5 /5 Yeety Boi: Lauren and Ernesto are the reason i go out of my way to drive to this location. They have both personally, helped me find pieces for my wife and I many times throughout the years. This time it was a wedding band and a watch. I even encountered a couple of mishaps in the past but the way Ernesto has handled them is why i keep coming back. Cant say the same about their competitors. May god bless the staff at this location. They are truly experts in their field.
