1 /5 ella playz: I walked in there eager since I had never been, Looking for something special for my teen daughter! Finally after finding someone willing to help me, She said that she would bring it out and then proceeded to turn around and help another customer! She then went over gemstones with her and then rang her up all while I was standing right in front of her awkwardly waiting, Maybe it was because I was in my work uniform and not dressed as nicely as the other customers, either way I left feeling so small. needles to say I will definitely not recommend this store to my friends.
