1 /5 Elvia Rodriguez: Poor Craftsmanship! I purchased a chain and a pendant on 04/16/2025. The chain was not finished correctly which causes it to snag on everything! Pendant has Our Lady of Guadalupe facing the wrong way. I didnt examine the merch before buying it last minute. I needed it and purchased it. These items were handled by 2 sale reps before I purchased so Im sure they felt the chain and knew what I was buying yet still sold them to me. Im so unhappy. I cant gift this I would be so embarrassed so now I have to take the loss. I just want my money back!

The first time was not done correctly so took it in and Abby worked on it quick and fixed it! Did a great job in showing pictures as she was working on the ring to my like! My woman and I will definitely recommend her! Thank you so much for making my woman’s day :)

I had a custom bracelet made, and they followed up with a concern about the weight being a bit more than the online options. They explained everything clearly, and while I did pay a little more, they still honored a very fair price. The craftsmanship—just from the picture—looks excellent, and I’m beyond excited to receive my order. Great customer service and beautiful work!
