Neil Rodriguez These days it is hard to find good folks to work on your car. These guys were quick and didnt gouge me for extras. Had a couple good experiences with them. Didnt buy tires but their services seem to be well rounded for minor repairs.

Elizabeth King I provided multiple parts and they failed to tell me one of them didnt fit and didnt put it on. So, I left the shop after paying a premium without the parts on my vehicle. I had to call to get them mailed back to me, after getting 100miles down the road I realized and had to rebuy and replace the parts myself. I should have read the reviews of other shops in town offering cheaper services.

It got too dangerous to drive so I unfortunately had to find ab auto body shop in Pampa, Texas. I went into Thomas auto first thing on a Monday and explained my situation and they were very quick to help. The mechanic named Ben was very knowledgeable and happy to help me. I called him at 9am, on a Friday morning. Saturday i gave it a full send and drove to the grand canyon. His pricing is reasonable, and if you want to talk to people he is your guy.

Callan Horton This guy Uses his children and wife for free labor. They’re homeschooled and they look neglected. I feel really bad for them. Also, he messed up my inspection sticker. And I got a ticket for it. He harasses Women, and when they ask him to stop he will threaten them. Real tough guy. I would take my business elsewhere. This guy should not own any type of business whatsoever.

Creek I was 600 miles from home and having car trouble. Not a single other auto shop in Pampa would listen about the problem or consider helping with a simple 5 minute fix.....until I called Jewetts Auto. They heard me out, said come on in, moved a car out for me, got me in and out in 5 minutes. Andrew and the whole staff were top shelf. Good to visit with also!

j m I would not recommend this shop for anything. I had an easy repair for them to fix. They spent more money without calling, couldnt run their own credit card machine, didnt replace all the parts they charged me for so I had to leave it for longer, and I am still finding things that they did not take the time to put back or fix properly. Very disappointed because I wanted to support a local business.

Marc Doane incredibly rude and dont listen, and i tried to contact them 7 different times was promised a callback 3 times. the old man talked to me like i was an idiot and just never called back like i was promised. all of these 4 and 5 star reviews must be his family and friends, because i dont know how else he keeps business treating people like that. now i am forced to go to amarillo because Pampa is full of rude self entitled people that dont give a shit.
