CHAVANA RICKY (RICKYAWESOME) Left my Chevrolet Cruz 2013 for 2 weeks , they did not fix my Engine problem and actually made it worse , they were going to charge me 500 but the old man who owns the place ended up only charging the parts which were about 200. Ended up just taking the car out because he kept telling me he needed more time after 2 weeks.

Asked if they could give us an estimate on how much it would cost. They told us around $250. I felt it was pricey so I called a different place and explained the same exact situation and they would only charge me $116 with everything included. I felt that they were trying to take advantage of our situation and wanted to charge us more because they knew we needed to fix this immediately. I wouldnt recommend this place. If they arent honest about prices then why would I trust they will fix my vehicle.

Anna Gomez I went to for them to check my car, and the guy (mechanic) nickname el Guero was very rude! He denied checking my car because he claimed he has a lot of work. I know how overwhelming being over worked can be but he was just plain rude about it. Even the owner (the one that answered my call & told me it was okay to go) was embarrassed of how el guero was acting. The owner said it was okay to leave my car to be checked on later on. & el guero still made a fuss about it to the owner & being plain rude not even being honest & straight up with me. I decided to leave & look for someone else. Very bad vibe the mechanic El guero & just plain rude. Definitely don’t waste your gas & time going over there

Ever Palacios I really appreciated the service, they focused on fixing just the suspension issue I came in for without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. They helped me find quality parts at reasonable prices, and when replacing the shocks didnt solve the problem, they took the extra step of consulting other professionals. What impressed me most was that they didnt charge for the labor when the fix didnt completely resolve the issue - a refreshing display of integrity you dont often see. Abel Garza Absolutely the worst service from a mechanic shop. I went in with brake issues. I left it there and then they lied and said they replaced the drums and break pads when they didn’t as you can see in the pictures. Had to take to another shop to get it fixed. Do not go here they will lie to your face and will not do the service they said they would. My breaks could have locked on me if I kept driving for a another day. Terrible service.

Either taking the vehicle to his shop or hes mobile to where your at if you cant move it.I consider him the best reliable mechanic for the job.

I had an issue getting a hold of the company because the text number that they give is not very responsive. However I did end up calling the number and talking to Walton and knew his stuff and was very kind. They sent me a new one right away and all is working great so far!

When we tried to contact the person who made the shipping label she got all mad as we tried to let her know. Id be mad too if I got called out for making an idiot shipping label mistake costing the company money.

Nobody Hired him to get the air out if my breaks but instead he started a leak which he lied and said he fixed it. I tried to contact him about it since its a huge risk to me but he made excuses saying he couldn’t get work done because of health issue but I saw him working on a truck near my gym after. I sent him a picture of him in that moment but he gave me another excuse but I just didnt reply.

Carlos Macias I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone i took my truck there for a leak & they kept telling me they were about to work on it & i had to keep calling them asking if it was done cause they never called me then they kept telling me my truck was next when in reality they didnt start to work on it til the the second day they kept my truck for almost 3 days & for the first two days they kept telling me my truck was next to work on & that they were already working on it when in reality they didnt work on it til another day & when i got my truck back the leak was still there & some other lady came in telling off the mechanic telling them she came for her truck when they had it for two weeks & the mechanic tells her its still not ready & she just starting going off on the guy & when i called the mechanic later that day he told me the truck must be leaking from another problem when the problem wasnt even fixed in the first place & i took it back today & when the mechanic saw my truck he swore to me that it wasnt leaking when all my friends & family including me were able to see the leak i even send him a video of the leak & where it came from & he kept telling me it wasnt leaking when it was at his shop i brought the truck back home & went under the truck & clearly saw it was still leaking these mechanics are not honest at all & are just tryna take your money i literally threw about $250 away for nothing & btw ima report them to immigration

alex marquez . I took my truck to get the headlights fixed, but the experience was terrible. They took forever to complete the job and charged me an outrageous amount for a fix that failed within two weeks. When I went back to tell them the lights were turning on and off again, they said theyd have to charge me just to check it out. Youd think their work would come with a warranty, especially after such a short time. The worst part was their so-called technician took forever to figure out the problem, which turned out to be just two wiring cables on opposite sides. They charged me for about 4 hours of labor because the technician couldnt figure it out. It was only when a more experienced technician came in that the problem was diagnosed correctly. So, if you need something fixed, I highly recommend going somewhere else where they offer a warranty. Its outrageous to pay for a job half done, only to be expected to come back a few weeks later and pay again for the same issue.

If you take your car to him and he finds something wrong with it that you didnt know about, he will tell you in advance about it and keep working on what the car was originally taken in for. FRANK GUTIERREZ I took my vehicle for a noise coming out from one of the rear tires and He diagnosed that it was a rear tire bearing. He replaced it and charged me if I recall correctly 150.00 dollars. Picked my vehicle and noticed that it was doing the exact same noise. Nothing had changed. Went back and complained and he said that the one he replaced was defective. He didn’t even tried to come to some kind of arrangement he just said that it was to bad but nothing could be done. So, just make sure if you decide getting auto service there that he guarantees his repairs. I for one will never go back there.

Ram Bukenya Do not call this guy. Do so at your own risk. Almost got arrested for a $20 negotiation difference. So quick to call police on matters that can be handled in a civil manner I think he does this all the time. If there was a zero star, I would give it to him. I just had the worst experience with this mechanic, I called him to tighten bolts on my box truck & he went on to fix the truck without discussing the price. After about an hr, he charged me $250 just to tighten my bolts. Tried to negotiate and with minutes with a difference of $20 dollars he called the police. Probably a lady friend he’s familiar who we both explained to the situation , him in Spanish , me in English, she threatened to arrest me for a difference of $20 dollars, say that would be theft of service. I was like , it’s a negotiation. He called police saying I refused to pay. I chose not to escalate the situation by requesting the police supervisor to get a second opinion. I know lots of people get in the situation and the business owner tries to work with you. This wasn’t the case. He even broke some of my bolts and I didn’t dwell on that. I was like what if I honestly didn’t have $20. Call this guy at your own risk. Don’t let him tatch your tuck with out negotiating. He’s trying Call this guy at AZ diesel mechanic at your own risk.
