    Megan Bruner: I should have learned my lesson the first time when I paid thousands for a job not done. I took my vehicle in for repairs that had to be returned twice for more money to fix the same problem. Multiple other problems were found and charged as well although the initial problem still remains. I would not leave it for repair the third time. I did contact the dealer who informed me I was over charged for something not dealer recommended for my vehicle. I feel completely taken advantage of!!

    Whitley Curry: If I could put zero stars that would be better. This is the most unprofessional business owner I have EVER met. I would not recommend anyone to do business with someone who yells at women for accidentally parking in his spot. I accidentally parked in this business owner’s spot and was treated very poorly by him today. He blocked me in, slammed the door to his truck, screamed and cussed at me. As a woman, I felt very threatened by his actions. His unprofessional attitude is a poor reflection on his business and his work. I will not be using him for my mechanical needs.

    Tony Ayala: Don’t take AND CONFIRM a Saturday appointment if you aren’t going to be there at the appointed time. My appointment for front end alignment was set and confirmed for 9 am Saturday. I got there at 8:45 and waited until 9:15. I even called twice and left a voicemail. Very bad business to not show up. I’ll go somewhere else.

    Kenneth Randall: This place is a joke. We went here to get a diagnosis on our a/c for our kia and got completely screwed. The guy didnt give us an estimate and robbed our refrigerant. On top of that charged us 100 bucks. He also broke the valve that you put the coolant in. I would absolutely recommend that no one ever go to this place for a single thing.

I was thoroughly disappointed as this once was a Quik Kar Lube and was run much more efficiently. If I hadnt been in the bind I was in, I wouldnt have done my business there.

    Russell Catlin: About 3 weeks ago I call about my 2021CRV with less than 40000 miles. Ever warning washing off. I was told it could be serviced on 24 March. I told them that I had purchased my car at Living with an extended warranty. Told I would have to wait until 24 March. Drove to the dealership and was treated bad and told to take it to another Honda dealership by someone who said he is the sales manager. Went to Loving Nissan talked to the manager and he sent me to see Trey at Loving Toyota. I told him what happened.I also told him I wanted to talk to the owner of Loving Honda. I got a call from the manager of Loving Nissan later that day. Was told to bring in my car on Monday they checked to out and had to order parts. I took it in on the 30 January. All the warnings warnings were off. To day February 15 when I went to drive my car I tried to use the cruise control and it was not working. I called and left a message for Trey to speak with him about the car if he could give me a call. He never called me. I really want to speak to the owner of all the Loving dealership. I have told 3 managers and still havent been called by the owner.
