Over and over, when I had a problem and tried another mechanic because I happened to be in the neighborhood or or Reagan was backed up, they told me the fix would be more than the car was worth. Tthen I would take it to Reagan and he would get it running for incredibly cheap. This happened several times over the course of about eight years. Everyone I know has always found him a straight shooter, and my family has almost wondered how he eats with how little he charges.

Susie Nance The worst service I have ever received anywhere! The person I spoke with regarding my car was rude and told me he did not car what I did about my car. He said he would look at it when he got to it. When I asked him why he wasnt going to look at my car after having it three weeks, he said someone else had already looked at it previously and he was going to take his time. He was very, very rude and said he didnt care about what I did. I immediately had the car removed from his place of business.

Laura Johnson Everyone was very nice!! Brian got my vehicle in right away and the technician (I apologize to him but i dont know his name) he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly fixed the one problem he could fix and made phone calls to try to fix another problem. Richard was so nice and helpful! I was charged what Brian quoted me over the phone even tho I was there longer. They will be my go to place as long as I have a vehicle they support. Love that service department!!

Randy Mayes Had a rear end installed on my truck the carrier bearing fell off the next day got it tightened back up and coming home from Lubbock it fell again last night no lock nuts or lock tight used and ruined my slip yolk on the transmission I was charged $ 2600 for the rear end installation and now Im out another 830 to have the carrier bearing replaced and slip yolk replaced
