They went and got a part for me. The parts store sent the wrong part. They robbed a part off an engine they had in the shop to get me going. They dropped everything to help me. Tim K: I work in jal / Hobbs area and drive a Porsche cayenne 2016 turbo. I have brought this car several times for regular maintenance, and once for an actual issue. He does NOT take advantage of you. All his prices industry competitive l and he does great work. I got a quote from porshe directly for some similar work. He was cheaper by about 35-40% on labor. Parts cost were same as the quota from Porsche dealer. Considering he is THE ONLY import repair specialist in the Permian basin. He could easily mark up like most Permian basin companies do. He does not!!! Staff is great too. I would recommend Ronnie to anyone!
