    Onesam: Definitely one of the best treatments I have received as a customer. I needed to open up a bank account and had went to Wells Fargo, they treated my husband and I terribly we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome no kind of greeting or a smile we felt as if they didn’t want us there. We saw that PNC just across the street was opened because we went around 4pm and they closed until 6pm and we decided to give it a try. The greatest decision we ever made. As soon as we walked in, Brianna received us with a smile and a charmisma we felt the difference right away and we knew we were in good hands. Shannon helped us with the bank account she was very friendly and was determined to helping us open the account that same day since we needed it very soon and it all got taken care of. I am grateful for how they treated us, I will always recommend this place.

I had never bailed someone out and was unaware of how responsible I became for it all. They did however call my bailee to make sure I had what I needed a few days later, so I appreciate the effort after the fact.

    C. Mayo: Even though my property taxes are low, I have very little monthly discretionary income and always take advantage of the installment payments offered to seniors. For the past couple of years, Ive used my banks bill pay to send the payments, but theres only room on those checks for a tiny amount of info to explain what the payment is for, and I always worry about the payment getting to the right place. This year, the tax office mailed me a tax receipt after my final payment showing that my account had been paid in full, and I really appreciated that! Its always good to set a worry to rest.     Lucero Betancourt: Had an appointment for my son at 12:45 I was told to come 15 minutes early, we got here at 12:27. It is currently 1:17 and we are still in the waiting room. The only reason we come here is because there isn’t many clinics in Kaufman other than that we would go else where! Do not recommend if you can make the drive somewhere else do it.
