    Theron Stewart: DO NOT use this agent or All-State. He is a fast talker and will confuse you as to what your insurance needs are. My wife had a wreck and All-State said they wouldnt pay, David kept telling us not to worry that we were covered. Before it was over, the only vehicle we had out of 3, only had liability coverage, which was the one involved in the wreck. He cost me over $10,000. Do not trust him, and if he is your agent, ask very detailed questions about your policy. He talks nice to you on the phone, but will turn on you when he messes up and gets himself in a bind with his corporate office. $10,000 is a lot to lose!

    Kimberly Bransford: Run away from this company. We purchased a brand new home in 2024 that was completed in 2023. The builder needed to tweak a few joists in the roof. Instead of working with us they were ready to CANCEL us. We worked with the builder and they made the adjustments and we assumed that the matter was settled. Fast forward to January of 2025 and now Texas Farmbureau has arbitrarily decided to not renew our policy. The only reason given is "Underwriting reasons." I tried getting in touch with my so-called "agent" and it appears to me that she is dodging me now. We paid the entire year of insurance premiums upfront when we closed on the house. I would hate to have to file a claim and be denied. Again dont fool with this company. They treat you very poorly and feels very disrespectful.

So sorry hunny but if you dont like your jobs go find a better 1. Nothing but boogie Bit*hs up there who stand around not wanting to help anyone. Every time one of there OWN CLIENTS walks in there. All there employees do is look @ each other as of to see who is going to help THERE OWN CLIENT as if its a punishment. Plus to make it even better the hang up on their phone calls blaming the internet or saying there having issues with it when nothing is ever wrong once you show up in person. Ridiculous hate to see how they would handel an accident call... This is not the best insurance company after all!
