4 /5 Julia Kuiper: They did Bond out the person I was trying to get. They provided me with no information, no paperwork, and didnt provide any instructions. I had never bailed someone out and was unaware of how responsible I became for it all. They did however call my bailee to make sure I had what I needed a few days later, so I appreciate the effort after the fact.

1 /5 Revitalized_ Meatbag: Allowed me to bail out and use my debt card to get money out of an atm, only 150 bucks. Had no problems until my court date got postponed due to the snow storm we got and ice on the roads. Well a month or so later at the courthouse here comes my lawyer telling me they pulled my bail for not going to court that day. During an unexpected blizzard. Verrrrry shady.. Luckily no one caught it and I got my court and penalties associated with it dealt with and over.

1 /5 Felipe Martinez: Called to get information about paying a bond. Lady asked questions about offender and suddenly hung up on me. Called back TWICE! and both times it just rang and went to voice mail. Apparently they didnt have the nerve to say it was a bond they didnt want (not sure why), but they could have had the professionalism to tell me that instead of just hanging up and not answering my phone call....I thought maybe the line was adccidently disconnected, but since they didnt answer or return my call after leaving them a message, I realized they lack customer etiquette. Highly recommend to avoid them...I know I will.
