1 /5 Lucero Betancourt: Had an appointment for my son at 12:45 I was told to come 15 minutes early, we got here at 12:27. It is currently 1:17 and we are still in the waiting room. The only reason we come here is because there isn’t many clinics in Kaufman other than that we would go else where! Do not recommend if you can make the drive somewhere else do it.

1 /5 Karissa Taylor: We have had constant problems with these people. Today just finally did it for us. I called first thing this morning to make a routine teledoc appt for my son and his adhd meds which he has only one pill left, I told the lady we couldn’t come in person cus of the holiday weekend and today being first day back at work and school. She said okay no problem and then made the appt anyways for 9:15 this morning and then I wait forever to get in touch for the visit and then another lady contacted me from the office and said my son would have to be present for the teledoc appt (he’s only 9) and we have been doing these for 3 years and NO ONE has ever said he has to be present for his appt JUST TO GET his medicine refilled nothing else. Doctors have always asked me all the questions with him being young, but NOW it’s changed and they insisted tomorrow morning.. of course I tell them that my son has school and I have work. I have already missed out on a day of pay for a holiday I’m not missing work. Then she said I could just call tomorrow for a same day appointment. We will be looking for a new provider because these folks can’t make up their minds on rules and policies and which ones are really correct or not. Waste of our time I swear.

1 /5 Kenzie Alexander: I made an appointment here to become an established patient. They had me wait 6 MONTHS to get in. Then, they called me the day of my appointment and told me they could not see me because my zip code was out of their jurisdiction. I asked why they waited to tell me this the day of the appointment and they said they just found out that week. I have been waiting 6 months to get this appointment and made arrangements to go to the appointment and they did not care at all- they said there is nothing they can do. They are very negligent.

2 /5 Sherry Clark: Overall good experience, except the timing of arriving & being seen…. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time but you don’t even get called to the back to be seen until 15 minutes+plus AFTER your scheduled time……… WHY? That’s my issue, what’s the point of being early/on time if you’re “called late”

1 /5 Brenda Silva: If I could give this clinic a zero star review I would. I took my mom to this clinic 2 weeks ago, for a simple annual wellness check and to get her blood pressure medications refilled as she was almost completely out of her medications and I relayed this information to the provider. Our appointment was at 9:30 AM, the provider didnt see her until 1:30 PM (4 HOURS LATER) and we were finally out of there until 2:30 PM. I figured the provider would call in her prescriptions that day or the next. I call the pharmacy over several days to see if her medications were called in, they state no that the provider hasnt called them in. A few days go by, still nothing, by this point I call the Carevide clinic multiple times to tell them that the provider hasnt called in her prescriptions and I finally ask for the manager Stacy who was very professional and very helpful. Stacy was able to finally get the provider to call in the prescriptions. Now we are waiting for her lab results at first they told me a nurse would call us with her results within 5 days or so and still nothing. Its been 2 WEEKS and still no lab results, I call the clinic and they say they have no idea about whats going on with her test results and that they will try to get ahold of labcorp to see whats going on. This was my first and last time coming to this clinic, I dont recommend coming here AT ALL. Dont waste your time coming here.
