I actually got ahold of him once and he hung up on me. All I said was I had some questions. It’s the first time we’ve owned beach front property. With Adam, I requested a quote. Adam got my information. Apologized for the previous agents unprofessional conduct and promised he could definitely help. Adam then ghosted too. I guess it’s just how Goosehead operates. Do not hire anyone from Goosehead. Home insurance is serious business.

Not to mention their lack of urgency to fix and update me on the problem, it took about 3 weeks and I constantly had to email for updates.
