2 /5 Jared Panes: Very poor support and communication. Multiple times I called in and requested a call-back and nobody every returned my call. After 7 years of doing business with them one of my policies was cancelled for business reasons (not for lack of payment) and I received no notification from American Proud.... no email... no phone call. I think Nancy tries to do a good job; my comments are for others and the company policies in general.
