5 /5 Marie Monis: Ingrid and Brittnie are the best in the insurance industry. Well versed when it comes to storms, coverage etc. I just appreciate these two ladies so much. Customer for life.

1 /5 Chris N.: I opened a policy with SMI 2 years ago, my policy just went up 20%. I called my agent left a message and never heard back. I called again, this time got her on the line, she said she would check other options and get back to me, over a week later and no call back? Now I need to spend my time looking for other coverage. I never had to file a claim, but would expect them to be no better when you need them.
