Ive been very impressed with my local branch, but the call center has been a different story. My first interaction was with Valerie. She was friendly and answered all of the questions I had at the time. She also gave me her direct number in case I had any further questions. This is where the customer service has hit an iceberg. I have called her direct line 5 times in two weeks with no response. I know its the correct number because her greeting states her name and says shell contact you back in a timely manner. Im unlikely going to continue this loan process with yall since I have been completely ignored. Will likely just stay with my current "to big to fail" bank, since they at least return queries to my questions. Jeremy and Angela contacted me and completely remedied the issues with me, and I am very satisfied with their response. I believe they will be using this as a team coaching opportunity, and should not be a problem in the future.

1 /5 Be T: I had an auto loan with this credit union. I looked the other way when the origination process was a disorganized mess because the rate was low. That turned out to be a mistake. I paid the loan off today and am very thankful to have this credit union out of my life for good. Lets just say that customer service does not exist here, which would be fine if their automated system didnt create costly problems for customers who have had their loans paid the maximum three months ahead since the day they got them (at least that was my experience). The scary part is that I was considering doing a mortgage with these guys. I will never consider doing any form of business with them again and I dont recommend anyone else do so either!

1 /5 Herschel Rivers: Worse experience ever dealing with a bank. They have taken over a thousand dollars without notice. told me that my loan matured but did not give any notice or update, on mature date they told me they didnt have to and this happenedon mothersday weekendwhichkept me from doingthe thingsi hadplannedfor my wife. Then took out a double payment two days later and I was told that the system thought I didnt pay last months payment , how is that? No they have ruined my daughters birthday because now again i dont have money to pay for things that i had planned. What makes matters Worse when I called for help the agent started asking me if my wife could cover my expenses until they work things out and when I told them no they started asking me if I was divorced because they are just trying to understand why she couldnt pay my bills. This is the most unprofessional thing Ive ever heard. I will never use this establishment and I would not even call it a bank after this experience. People the bad reviews are real you have been warned. I also went to the branch and the same horrible crabby service by Justin Gilbert. And not to mention i was called a liar after be on hold for almost 2 hours.
