    Danny Coulson: Overall experience with jh tax service is if you schedule a appointment with them dont expect them to keep it. You are better off just walking up to them. Last year I scheduled my appointment someone walked up 5mins before my scheduled appointment and they did their taxes before me. I had to wait a hour before they did my taxes. This year I scheduled my appointment and 4 police officer was standing there questioning jh employee about a personal issue that took over a hour. I missed my appointment again. They finally got my taxes done 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. Jh employee a good at doing taxes but not at keeping appointments.

    Dalton Duncan: This is honestly an awful bank and has been for years. I only even visit when Im in a pinch and my recent experience reminded me why that is the case. The teller, Paola, was very condescensing towards me regarding a withdrawal from a business savings account that has been in good standing for over a decade, and continues to be. She asked questions that in no way pertained to the transaction I was trying to conduct and made me feel like she thought I was trying to steal my own money. The good news is this has given me the motivation to finally take my business to a bank that values its customers.
