    Anastasia Mayer: The new property manager sucks she was very rude and is never here to address concerns if your looking for an apartment here in Coleman dont go through GBT they talk trash about all of there tenants and they do go based off credit reports. Also these apartments are not nice enough for the price they do cheap ass repairs. If they dont like you theyll evict the good tenants and keep the crack head tenants. Also if you have any issues dont even bother trying to call them they never pick up and if they do and say theyre gonna talk to someone else about it they wont they suck at communicating within the company.

When I explained I was due this check there responds was it is company policy.Their attitude was completely unprofessional.They loan me300 dollars which was drafted out my Social Security check. You would think they would treat a long time customer better. .

    Cristy Lopez: POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Our POST MASTER SARAH EKEREN is by far one of the rudest people that I have dealt with!! I called to inform her that my parents are Grandfathered in and that they do not have to place a mailbox on the side of the street. (I have spoken to the mail carrier in the red jeep and he also confirmed that my parents do NOT HAVE TO MAKE THIS CHANGE they are grandfathered in) If you have been at a resident for over 10yrs you are grandfathered in. She stated she had already talked to someone regarding this issue. Then I informed her ,he didn’t know we are grandfathered in. Then she was asking if I had legal paperwork stating if I had power of attorney over my parents to be able to make this mailbox decision on their behalf. She then hangs up on me as I was speaking!!!

    Diva Darling: Horrible company. They try to really get their money by making your payment go almost all to the interest. Then a slim remainder to the principal. Then if you try to put parking insurance on your car your financing that is just sitting in the parking lot, they tack on $500 of their insurance on your loan. You can only get out of your loan if you sell your car or if you become rich and can pay your car off. Weve had our vehicle for four years and still owe over $14,000 on a 2013 vehicle. Its so ridiculous. DO NOT DO A LOAN HERE OR YOU WILL BE STUCK FOR A LONG TIME.
