4 /5 Richard Bynum: Our tax preparer was great. Very nice woman. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was not Jackson-Hewitt fault. It was just that I had to pay the IRS. And your pricing is a little too high. Feel like I could have done it myself and saved.
