GBT Investments - Groesbeck Anastasia Mayer: The new property manager sucks she was very rude and is never here to address concerns if your looking for an apartment here in Coleman dont go through GBT they talk trash about all of there tenants and they do go based off credit reports. Also these apartments are not nice enough for the price they do cheap ass repairs. If they dont like you theyll evict the good tenants and keep the crack head tenants. Also if you have any issues dont even bother trying to call them they never pick up and if they do and say theyre gonna talk to someone else about it they wont they suck at communicating within the company.
