    MD TD (TDMD): The young woman who completed my transaction in the Stonebriar location in Frisco, Texas, failed to tell me on the day of purchase , 3/20/25, that all earrings were not returnable, although I asked what was the return policy prior to purchase. The manager (pictured pretending to be afraid) today, 3/26/25, refused to refund me for my entire purchase. This store does not have anything posted (pictured)within the store to tell you that earrings and hairpieces are not refundable. I told her to refund me the earrings since there is nothing posted and she refused. I informed her that this store does not have good ratings, I called them 4 times and no one answered and now this. She may want to consider posting the retune/exchange policy something and educate their sales staff. Then she started wrapping the other items that I wanted to refund and said that she was not going to refund me anything. So I told her that I would call the police. She said that she now feels threatened because I made it personal. I told her that this business. The officer arrived as I waited outside the store. He agreed to go in and speak to her. I said if she is willing to refund me everything that I would not post this. So when he came back out with my receipt I later saw that she not only didn’t refund my the full amount but she kept the earrings which is theft. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! So many more quality jewelers.

The staff was very friendly and fixed both these within a few minutes while we were just looking at their extensive collection of original and lab grown diamond jewelry.     Andribeth Alvarado: I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from one of your employees named Julian, a blonde woman. Every time I have visited the store, her attitude has been negative, as if she is bothered by having to assist me. On this last visit, I came to buy a gift for my mother, and once again she was rude and arrogant. I asked to speak with the manager, and she told me there wasn’t one available, which I find disrespectful toward customers. I am a loyal Pandora customer, and this is the first time I’ve felt uncomfortable shopping at one of your stores. I believe customer service should reflect the prestige of your brand, and I hope this situation will be addressed accordingly.
