Pandora Jewelry - Allen Andribeth Alvarado: I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from one of your employees named Julian, a blonde woman. Every time I have visited the store, her attitude has been negative, as if she is bothered by having to assist me. On this last visit, I came to buy a gift for my mother, and once again she was rude and arrogant.
I asked to speak with the manager, and she told me there wasn’t one available, which I find disrespectful toward customers.
I am a loyal Pandora customer, and this is the first time I’ve felt uncomfortable shopping at one of your stores. I believe customer service should reflect the prestige of your brand, and I hope this situation will be addressed accordingly.
KAY Jewelers - Garland Cheneal DeJean: Today I came in to send my wedding band and enhancer off for rhodium dipping, and I was so impressed with the service I received from Sarah. Even though other staff members were closer to the entrance and didnt even acknowledge me, Sarah quickly and warmly greeted me into the store. She was incredibly efficient and helped me with everything I needed in no time. Thank you, Sarah, for making the process so smooth and easy!
