5 /5 Alex Nikiforuk: Wow. This place is awesome. Jamil is a real artist and will create anything you can think of. I came in to see if they sold baby rattles and ended up having him design 2 rings. I love ducks, and he delivered. Great designs, great quality, great price. I do not know of any other place that does it all in-house locally: design, printing, casting and finishing, just amazing.

5 /5 marie rees: I went to Aurora Jewelry Design to get my wedding band made larger It had already been resized twice over the course of many years; first to enlarge, then to make smaller, so I realized it might be a challenge to have it done again. I was put at ease with the skilled craftsmanship demonstrated and the dedicated attention to make sure the fit was 100% to my liking. The end result was a beautifully done resizing and perfect fit at a very reasonable price. I will happily recommend them to all my friends and family

Jose Gonzalez: My wife and I walked in, hoping to get a simple battery replaced from a different watch brand and do some shopping. The attendant explained that they could not work on any watch that was not fossil. That being said, we did not feel welcomed. So we went to a jeweler she recommended. Turns out my wifes watch doesnt use a battery. We were, however, treated like loyalty and we ended up spending $600 on jewelry as a thank you for their attention to us.

Amanda Feist: I came in to pick up my bracelet after purchasing two charms, and instead of a smooth experience, I was told I needed to pay $5 to move a charm. The reason? An employee Daena had dropped my bracelet, the pin came loose, and they repinned it incorrectly. Yet somehow, I was being blamed for their mistake. Only after I said I’d take my business to another James Avery location did they suddenly decide to “waive” the charge. That’s not good customer service—that’s backpedaling. For jewelry that is already expensive, trying to squeeze an extra $5 out of a customer over an employee’s error is insulting. It took less than a minute to fix, but the way it was handled left a lasting impression. I’ll be going to a different James Avery moving forward, and based on the other reviews I’ve now read, it seems poor customer service here is a pattern. For jewelry store you would think there would be better customer service.

I paid for invitations and cap and gown package ONLY received the invitations. Left several voicemails regarding the issue and just continue to get the run around. There was NO issue with taking my money out my account the first day I ordered. I do not and will not ever recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Erin Stein: We came in August to get my 2 girls’ ears pierced. Came back today to redeem our “free earrings” but there was a glitch with the promotion. Raina not only gave me the customer service number to try and resolve the issue, but also grabbed some crayons and color sheets to occupy the girls while I was talking to them and she continued her work. She’s the sweetest and honestly, the reason we’ll return to that store.

Christine Avary: After a few consultations with other jewelers, a friend recommended that we go to Kent because shed had great experiences with him. We were not disappointed. My husbands grandmother had recently passed away and prior to her passing, she had given him her wedding ring and band. My husband wanted to have part of her ring in his wedding band as well as having a ring made for me as well. Additionally, we didnt want my original engagement ring to go unused, so we wanted to use the gold from that band as well. Kent was able to do all of this and more. He let us show him inspiration pictures, and he created EXACTLY what we wanted. He was able to use all the gold, all the stones we wanted, make any and all changes we wanted, and did this all for an incredibly reasonable price. He understood the emotional attachment and sentiment behind this process which made us feel very comfortable. The other jewelers put pressure on us to pay a minimum of $2000, they would not use our gold, nor did it feel they would make this a personable experience. I would 100% recommend Kent to anyone and everyone. Hes insanely talented, easy to work with, and does a great job keeping in consistent communication with his clients.
