Liz Lytton I wish I could give 6 stars! I highly recommend Generation Jewelers, Danny and the entire team are incredible. If you’re on the fence about where to get your jewelry remade, do yourself a favor and check them out. I needed to have my engagement ring remade - it was too large and had a number of design and structural issues that made it really uncomfortable. We looked at a number of shops, but knew Danny was our guy once we met him. We signed off on the work same day, and picked up my completely remade ring less than 3 weeks later! Danny immediately understood what we wanted changed, talked us through design options, and addressed every issue perfectly when remaking the ring. The communication was straightforward and he kept us updated on progress. We even got to see the design mock up of the ring before they got started, which was something we hadn’t seen anywhere else (just another reason they’re the best). He created a more elegant and structurally sound ring that was significantly more comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did, and the service we got from every person we met at the store. Thank you again Danny! We’ll be back for wedding bands soon!

Breeanna Allen Poor customer service. Old lady didnt even try to help me. Ive spent thousands at this store and just wanted to exchange a ring for a bigger size bc the one gifted was the wrong size. She said she wouldnt have been able to "re sale" the ring bc it had been worn ONCE on the way up there to exchange so I would t for get it and that I would have to purchase a new one.

Necia Jackson-Guidry I’ve waited 5 days to decide to write this review. Over the last couple of weeks I’ve taken in about 10 pieces of jewelry to be repaired, restrung, resized, cleaned, etc. Two sets of pearls restrung, multiple rings resized or repaired, earrings repaired, tightening of prongs, cleaning, etc. resulting in about $1200 in costs. I also took several pieces of gold jewelry to be sorted by karat and examined to be sold. When I got the offer for the gold it seemed like it could be a very low offer so I had my son pick up the pieces and bring them home. I still had 2 rings to pick up from that point and when I nice MAN called and said they were ready I went to pick them up. I was greeted warmly by Irena (one of the nicest people you will ever meet). Roluca Cohen (the mgr. who had helped me with all of it originally and who gave me the gold offer) was there helping another customer. As Irena was checking me out, my balance was $100, Roluca pipes up, in the middle of helping her customer, and says, “she has a balance!” Irena looked at her a little shocked and back at me. She seemed embarrassed by what Roluca said. She said, “we have it handled, she is paying/or she has paid” I just held up my hands in a shrug. I guess Roluca saw this because she said, “I had it up on my screen because I’m the one that called her to tell her they were ready”. She was not. There was some other reason she was being a jerk and checking my business instead of handling her customer. As I said, a man called me to tell me the rings were ready. It was insulting. Did she think I was going to abscond with my rings without paying the $100 balance? It certainly sounded like she was concerned. I had planned to have all my other gold rings sold and the stones made into a specially designed ring but I will no longer do it there. I won’t patronize their store again. All these positive reviews about how nice “Bob” is with which to work? I never saw a Bob. Maybe he was a previous owner. I’m unsure. I don’t know what Roluca’s issue was but what started as a positive experience a couple of weeks ago ended so negative. As my family says, I’m too trusting in the sincerity of some people. This was probably one of those times. FYI: I got a much higher offer for the gold elsewhere.

Amanda Golden Amanda is a phenomenal jewelry expert and I highly recommend her if you want nothing but the absolute best!! She is super knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you exactly as requested. Her wisdom and kindness made picking out our engagement setting, diamond, and both of our wedding bands a very enjoyable process, including helping us stay in budget!! I love them all so much! After our wedding, I had some resizing issues (not due to Amanda’s fault). Both Matt the manager and Amanda immediately took good care of us. Their dedication to excellent customer service has earned our forever business and praises. I can’t say enough good things and deeply respect their altruism and integrity!!! Christina Morgan Lots of variety!! Lots of purses, luggage, earrings, necklaces, western hats, scarves. It took us a good hour just to check out everything. Prices were mostly inexpensive so worth a stop. It was very clean and organized
