However, I asked for an estimate to repair my wedding band that had two missing stones (as part of an infinity band), and their quote was more than the cost of the original purchase which included about 16 stones. I contacted my parents jeweler in Chicago (because I know I can trust them as they have been using them for many years) an they repaired it for what I would have expected, about 1/5th the price of what Quenton Elliot quoted me.
