5 /5 Stirling Lockwood: Great little family shop. I brought in a variety of family heirlooms for cleaning and repairs and they did a fantastic job on everything. They restored some of my grandmothers pieces to like new even after they had sat in a drawer for 30 years. You cant even tell they were broken or tarnished. I also really appreciate that they do all of their in house. I had reached out to a few other shops but they wanted to mail my things to a restoration company in another state for repairs. Here at least I knew who was working on my jewelry and where it was. It really brought me peace of mind. I had a set of amethyst stones that they made into a beautiful pair of earrings for me. They helped me pick the setting and everything. The two gentlemen I worked with were super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again!

5 /5 Susanna Jakubik: When my son was looking for a jewelry designer to make a one of a kind engagement ring, we knew we had to go to Quail Valley jewelers. Jorge spent a LOT of time with us newbies, figuring out what my son wanted and how to incorporate pieces from family members into the final ring. He was very patient, very creative and added a lot of value. I would not trust anyone else with design or repair.

5 /5 Nageena Fazal: My Son stuck a ring in his finger and QVJ responded us promptly on phone, and did a great job with all the patience and professionalism. It took 1 hr and 40 mins to cut the ring due to multiple layers in the it. But they showed us lots of courtesy and hope.

We ordered my fiances wedding band and had my custom wedding band designed and created here. I love that they do everything on site as I had to leave my engagement ring for the wedding band to be created. The rings are beautiful and both were ready before their estimate. Will be recommending and returning as customers. A picture of our rings are attached to the Google pictures under my name. Very pleased with our experience!

He asked on my preference in metals. I explained that I wanted to re-pierce my ears. He helped me find the cutest pair (and was very patient with me because I was indecisive)!! What I was most pleased with was his kind demeanor as he walked me through the aftercare of the new piercing in step-by-step detail!! That was something I didn’t experience at the woodlands location when I first pierced my ears. (Probably would have saved me the trouble of doing it again.) Another thing, that I didn’t experience was being offered to book an appointment to check on my healing progress. I’m so glad that Kit was the pro that helped me today. I’m very grateful to his knowledge and professional support. 100% recommend this spot.

linda nguyen: They have very cute earrings and adorable pieces for home decor. I went yesterday in search of a gift. As soon as I walked into the store I was welcomed by a nice smiling gentleman in black. During my search, the manager Manuela approached me to see if she could help and we were able to have a lovely small talk with one another. I finally settled on an item after some time and at just the right moment Tashpiya came to help. The gift wrapping was also a sweet touch. I enjoyed the store and their associates.

Sharon Kunkel: Worst customer service ever. Not efficient. Completely ignored. In there long enough for my son to throw a major tantrum while I stood patiently. By the conversation I overheard, it was like they were trying to be slow. If I didnt need the cleaning bad Id have left to never return. Sadly other countries have better service at Pandora than this location. Could have coached this lady on about 10 ways she couldve been more efficient and offered superb service.

However, I asked for an estimate to repair my wedding band that had two missing stones (as part of an infinity band), and their quote was more than the cost of the original purchase which included about 16 stones. I contacted my parents jeweler in Chicago (because I know I can trust them as they have been using them for many years) an they repaired it for what I would have expected, about 1/5th the price of what Quenton Elliot quoted me.
