1 /5 Robert Thompson: Buyer beware - Debbie is the worst. I will never go here again. Its no wonder why they have an F on the BBB website, Bought an engagement ring for my fiancé with sizing included in the price. When my fiancé showed up to get it sized Debbie tried to charge her for the sizing. Then they sized it wrong. After getting the size corrected on the second go around, they ruined the ring. The ring is cracked, the prongs are melted to the ring, one sapphire is chipped and the other one is gashed so both need replacing now. Looks like horrible soldering on the sides. I have never been screwed over so bad in my life. I cant say enough bad things about this place. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

5 /5 K. Warren: After seeing all the positive reviews I took my great-grandmother’s wedding ring in for repair. It was missing one sapphire and had some prong issues. They repaired it in a manner of days, at a fair price, and did an excellent job. Chris also inspected A LOT of other pieces for us. Really appreciate his time and help.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare to find such efficient and friendly service.
