In the first occasion they flawlessly repaired my wife’s engagement ring after it had been run over. Couldn’t even tell something had happened there. Second occasion they fixed my gold cuban link necklace. Once again fantastic workmanship. In both instances the pricing was very affordable (necklace repair $20 (don’t recall the ring cost)) and insanely fast. They had my wife’s ring done before our wedding which was only a couple days after it had been damaged, and they had my necklace ready in just a day! I will always return here, friendly folks, affordable and fast!

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how warm, welcoming, and helpful the staff were. The person who assisted me was so kind and understanding. They immediately took the necklace to the jeweler, and in just a few moments, it was brought back to me, perfectly repaired! When I asked how much I owed, they told me it was free. 5 /5 Juan D. Reyna: Ive taken other watches for battery replacement, the orange Seiko monster for maintenance and the two Casio Duro Marlins to add the cyclop lense, both Mr and Mrs Rendon are always very professional, courteous and attentive. Highly recommend their services.

5 /5 Jeremy Hogan: I was so happy with how they resized my bracelet that I took my Swiss watch in for a service. I have owned the watch for 10 years and it was never serviced. Rendon Jewelers called me to say that the watch is running perfectly, and a service is not needed. They didnt charge me anything! I am so impressed by their integrity and honesty.

He not only mounted the gems but did some engravings with custom designs that came out perfect. I highly recommend going here, communication via text has been a great help. I will be taking other things I have to be fixed knowing that the job will be a job well done!

A: Omg- sorely disappointed- my fiancé and I walked in to purchase our wedding bands and were in the store for 5minutes and nobody helped us. There were 2 employees and nobody approached us for assistance- we drove to Laredo and actually purchased our bands at the Daniels over there with Mariano- it was totally worth the drive- he helped us out- Daniels at McAllen- please try to be more helpful- you lost a major sale today!

Hien Ha: If have zero star, I will rate for it. Drop my ring at 5:30pm and call the owner to cancel for personal reason. She said ok and should pick up tomorrow cause the store close at 6pm. When I pick up she said the repair man fix it last night. She did not take note and she told did not bother her employee. Bad service and did not recommend.
