I came in with my own idea on how I wanted the final product to look. So after talking to Nick he asked that I send him the photos. After it was finished it looked exactly like I was hoping for. Their pricing is the best in town. The timeline I was told would be 4-5 weeks from start to finish and to my surprise it was exactly he had it finished in exactly that. I’m extremely satisfied with their professionalism as well as their customer serviceand will be continuing my business with them moving forward. From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first.
