I stopped in this past January and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Luis. Let me just say: who you work with makes all the difference! Luis is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also exceptionally patient, attentive, and helpful. He offered expert guidance on the different Rolex models and options without ever making me feel rushed. To my surprise and delight, he remembered my exact preferences and just this week called to let me know my first choice watch had arrived! If I had to sum up Luis in a few words: knowledgeable, patient, funny, amazing, friendly, top-tier customer service and, might I add, handsome! Ask for Luis…you’ll be treated like family.
